A former government scientist who uses mind control devices to control the minds of evil alien species from across the universe so he can take over the world. The Monster Master was then hit by an eclectic cord while he was wearing a mind device and the minds and bodies of the alien species he controlled became apart of him. Now The Monster Master is a shape shifter and has the power to become 1,000 different monsters/aliens.
